How does the AG5-Dualtask integration work?
- Dualtask shares information about employee roles to the AG5 system, which stores the relevant, role-related skill information (job/workplace).
- AG5 shares which employees are qualified for which roles so that they can be deployed to the right workplace.
- Employees without the right qualifications won’t be displayed for planning purposes.
