Say goodbye to Excel matrices

Our onboarding with AG5 went smoothly, we are coming out of a situation where we were using multiple large Excel files for Skills gap visualization. Prior to getting started, we asked questions about how much time it would cost us to get into production, we have been proven that this can be done in 4 weeks. AG5 skill management software supports CEVA to have excellent training management for all employees. The software is easy to implement, easy to use and supports the line manager to act proactively on training that expire soon. The customer onboarding and support are driven by very professional employees. In the Benelux we are working with 8.000 employees for CEVA. We have an internal standard to train all operational employees on every core process for our customer. Therefore, we need to have direct insight in the training status of all employees.

Perfect blend of functionality (build out of skills and data entry) and usability (display of data for management and end users), which AG5 continuously improves. For years we struggled to build/find/implement a skills management solution that is readily adopted and has staying power – AG5 is becoming that solution. We are even expanding to other company businesses, and hope to make it a truly worldwide solution that benefits the entire company.

AG5 significantly simplifies the visualization and management of our workforce’s skills, particularly critical safety skills. For instance, when I enter the workshop and see an employee operating a forklift, I can instantly verify if their license and authorisation are current and know when they will expire. This capability is great for demonstrating to IATF and ISO 45001 auditors how effectively we manage competencies. AG5 excelled in transforming our unstructured, outdated Excel skills matrices into a well-organized, structured format. The setup process is very smooth, with AG5’s team integrating our data in less than a week.

AG5 removes none value-added workload and admin work, so makes us more efficient, everybody has visibility of the data from anywhere, documentation cannot go missing as it is loaded electronically.

AG5 really helped us get a clearer overall picture of the skill progress and gaps throughout our teams. Keeping track of minimum training requirements per job role or teams is easily manageable. By using the attachments tool per skill result we also ensure that evidence is uploaded for closed loop / compliance purposes. Changes within the system are easily implemented by the AG5 Support team if you aren’t able to make the changes yourself. It helped solve a lot of manual work in adding and maintaining skills and new/leaving personnel and variances in results in comparison with Excel.
