About Wais
Wais Pirzad is the VP of Customer Success at AG5, a leading provider of skills management software, where his expertise in skills management and customer success strategies significantly enhances client engagements. Driven by a passion for learning, creativity, and purpose, Wais excels in developing comprehensive operating models and standardizing processes that ensure excellent client service and streamlined operations. His strategic efforts have shaped AG5’s customer success strategy, helping onboard over 80 global clients while optimizing onboarding processes and improving the time-to-value for clients.
Before joining AG5, Wais held several roles at Allinq, including Medior Business Analyst and Implementation Consultant. There, he was responsible for translating customer needs into actionable strategies, streamlining administrative processes, and implementing change management practices. Wais also played a key role in building and standardizing customer success strategies, helping teams across Allinq identify improvements and refine their work processes.
With an MBA from Aston Business School, a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Wais brings a comprehensive understanding of strategic planning, process improvement, and operational excellence. His diverse experience also includes innovation consulting at Board of Innovation, leading a marketing consultancy at Enda Solutions, and coaching startups through ideation and validation at Shetab Afghanistan.
Wais co-hosts the Innovation Book Club podcast, where he explores the principles of creativity and innovation to inspire listeners toward their own paths of improvement. When not developing customer success strategies or consulting on business improvements, Wais enjoys connecting with other leaders and learners who share his passion for innovation and purpose.
