About Wouter Gazendam

Wouter Gazendam is a Founder and Software Architect at AG5, currently leading research and development as the Head of Research. In this role, he drives AG5’s technical vision and innovation strategy, ensuring that the company’s skills management solutions are both forward-looking and aligned with market needs. His previous role as Chief Technology Officer at AG5 saw him overseeing the technology team and implementing scalable, reliable software systems that support AG5’s product goals.

During his 13-year tenure as Founder and CTO at AG5 HVR, Wouter played a pivotal role in developing the foundational architecture for AG5’s skills and compliance management software. His technical vision and leadership were crucial in building integrations that are key to AG5’s success.

He also co-founded CosmoCows B.V., where he further honed his leadership in software development, and previously worked as a Software Engineer at Soops B.V. Wouter’s broad expertise spans web development, JavaScript, Java, programming, Scrum, SQL, and Git, making him a prominent figure in AG5’s software architecture and a driving force behind the company’s innovation.
