What happens next?

We will review every job application and try to get back to every one. Please note that if you didn’t submit a portfolio or link to a design profile, we cannot consider your application.

Step 1: Application review

Our team reviews every application to assess skills, experience, and fit. This process typically takes 2-3 weeks from the date of your submission.

Step 2: First contact

If your application aligns with our current needs, you’ll hear from us via email or phone to arrange an initial interview. This is a great opportunity for both of us to learn more about each other.

Step 3: Interviews

Selected candidates will go through one or more interviews, which will include a video conference, or in-person meeting if you are located close by. These discussions are for us to learn about you but also for you to assess if we’re the right fit for your career aspirations.

Step 4: A paid challenge

An integral part of our selection process is a practical challenge. It offers you a genuine taste of the work involved, and it allows us to see how you approach solving design problems. We value your time and expertise, so this challenge is paid. You’re invited to bill us for the hours spent at your standard hourly rate. This step underscores our commitment to a respectful and fair evaluation process.

Step 5: The offer

Following the interviews and challenge, there may be further discussions or steps needed before final decisions are made. Offers will be extended to candidates who are best suited to join our team.
